Each person is an original. The same is valid for companies and a subset of recruitment agencies as well.
I personally do not like to introduce our HR builders as a recruitment agency. Although we are one. Whether I want to or not, this phrase has a negative connotation (not only for me). This is due to several factors (inconveniences?), that we, my colleagues and I, have successfully placed on the list “NEVER LIKE THIS”.
Perhaps a similar belief suggests the assumption of many companies that – just like on an introductory image – we have drawers in the office where we keep candidates for worse times and deliver them right away, when they need to be recruited. I have to assure you that we do not keep any developers or other IT professionals in the drawer (neither in the locker, in the file,…).
Why? Among other things, This is due to the market situation. IT professionals, developers in particular, have several job offers on a daily basis, so they stay as “available” in the market for a very short time. The style of our work comes into this too, as we try to fill the position x (x = JavaScript, QA, C #, ABAP dev, Team Leader, CIO, consultant,… substitute anything) at one time to only one client. In fact, this brings more diverse recruitment team work, clients’ trust and our visibly higher results.
Every new position is a completely new project for us, that will go through 100 % of the process, from targeted and individualized search to the candidate’s start and his adaptation.
