Who we are
A young, innovative recruiting company focused on IT segment that brings together the know-how and best practices of IT recruiting and building and managing IT teams. Thanks to this we are able to comprehensively understand and perceive the needs of our clients and gain the most suitable candidates for them. We are not just recruiters, we have added value – we know how to build an IT team of high quality.
But we know more than just this very specific segment. Our team includes recruiters who help with recruitment for C-level managers (CTO, CFO,…), office workers (receptionist, assistant,…), spreading from marketing, project and business oriented (BDM, KAM, PM,…), engineering positions, to call centers or warehouse workers. We will not bring you any adepts that you do not want to see and therefore waste your time.
What we do
Analyste and get to know the client, team and project. We try to grasp specific needs, understand the company culture. We set up cooperation according to the clients’ requirements, their preferences, our suggestions and suggestions, based on established best practices.
Internal team brainstorming and candidate assortment/selection. We will compare your requirements with the market reality and give you feedback. Sourcing, segmentation and selection.
Interviews with candidates, discussions, presentation of your company, its vision, company values and benefits. Candidates’ detailed introduction to projects and products in which they shall participate, their motivation.
Final candidate interviews with your team members, candidate suitability verification.
The whole process is thoroughly communicated and consulted with the client to meet its expectations. It contains regular reporting including the candidate’s satisfaction. We will provide a decent and dignified rejection of unsuccessful candidates.
Our founders
Dominika Kôrová
Dominika is a head hunter. She knows the IT market and candidates perfectly with only the best references. In seven years she head hunted over 300 candidates. She perceives the needs of the client very well and transforms them into the right motivation for the candidates. She works individually with candidates. Dominika is a workaholic and she enjoys her work immensely.
I know IT guys really well. I am living and raise a 4-year-old son Roman, who already learns Assembler, with one of them.
Vojtěch Havránek
Vojta works in IT for over 20 years. Most of the time as a leader and manager whose main task was to build teams, to work with people and to motivate them. He can accurately perceive and understand clients’ needs, goal, vision and team management style. Together with Dominika they can then choose the most suitable candidates.

Assesment centres
If you want to effectively select the best candidates for a highly demanding position, want to recognize the potential of candidates with minimal risk and eliminate the serial effect when assesing candidates in selective interviews, we will prepare a one-day assesment center, with a comprehensive individual assessments of participating candidates.
